Recognizing the diversity of computer infrastructures and customer needs, Easy Soft offers several program licensing options with flexibility to switch from one type to another as your office requirements change.

Permanent Licensing

Purchased at the full standard price and never expires. A permanent license also comes with one year of free tech support. Permanent license does not include free updates to the program. Updates to the program can be purchased at a special update rate or you may wish to enroll in "Maintenance Plan" (see below).

Annual Licensing

An annual or 1-Year product license expires 12-months after purchase and must be renewed at that time for continued operation. Tech support and ALL product updates are provided at no extra charge during the subscription term.

Maintenance Plan

Permanent license customers may choose to enroll in a "Maintenance Plan," prior to their 1-year technical support expiration date. The annual cost of a Maintenance Plan is 40.0% of the permanent license price. A Maintenance Plan provides all updates, upgrades, technical support and training services as long the Plan is in effect. If you wish to keep your software license permanent, and have the convenience of no-hassle program updates due to changes in the law, software enhancements, technical support and/or training needs, the Plan provides a great value.

Please note, a Maintenance Plan must be maintained continuously. If there is a lapse in Plan coverage and you wish to re-enroll, back maintenance charges will apply.

Pay as You Go Plan

Consider our pay as you go plan if you plan to utilize multiple Easy Soft products for your office. You can license our most popular products, and have continuous access to upgraded programs and technical support for a fixed low monthly fee. Learn more.

Additional Computer Licensing

If you need to install an Easy Soft product on more than one computer, we offer additional licenses for a small additional fee per seat.

Note on Product Upgrades

Legal software goes through frequent changes, sometimes due to new rules/regulations or because we have added advanced product features based on user feedback.
