| How to Activate: click the icon on your desktop, choose Case Management tab on the upper left, click on my setting on the left then choose enter activation code. Put in your 5 character product id.
How to update: click the icon on your desktop, choose Case Management tab on the upper left, click on my setting on the left then choose download update - follow the installation instructions.
