EASY SOFT ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – August 27, 2008 – Easy Soft, an industry leader in law office automation software and services, today announces that William T. Mayweather III has assumed the role of chief executive officer at the company. Mayweather began his duties in May and brings extensive operations, market strategy and business to business negotiation experience to the role. As CEO, Mayweather is expected to develop and implement market strategies and operational processes to systematically and sustainably grow Easy Soft to the next level.

Prior to joining Easy Soft full-time, Mayweather consulted for Easy Soft and was instrumental in establishing Easy Soft’s attorney banking and trust accounting Escrow Advantage Program. His past experience includes developing and commercializing products for multiple Fortune 100 firms. He also began Sarnoff Europe (a Belgian subsidiary of the former RCA Laboratories) and served five years as the Chairman of the Board.
Mayweather earned a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology earning both a Masters of Science and Bachelor of Science. Mayweather holds three U.S. patents; has authored multiple publications and received multiple corporate recognition awards.
