EasyCDF 1.7

Overview

EasyCDF 1.7 features a new Closing Protection Letter function to work in conjunction with the Closing Disclosure. The Closing Protection Letter can now be ordered directly online via EasyCDF. This integration will reduce CPL production time and errors for agents by eliminating redundant data entry.

Changes/Enhancements

• New “Lot” and “Block” fields add for property in EasyCDF. These details are required in the Closing Protection Letter.
• Buyer’s and Seller’s names are now displayed on signature lines of printouts.
• Improved automatic calculations on Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure.
• 1099-S Electronic filing service now provided by Infotrack.

Easy HUD 5.1.9

Overview

Easy HUD 5.1.9 now features a totally new user interface with new color and font scheme for an improved visual experience.

Changes/Enhancements

• New user interface with an easier more comfortable style.
• Calculation boxes colors updated to be less straining on the eyes.
• Default print size is now Legal.
• 1099-S Electronic filing service now provided by Infotrack.

EZSupport-NY 3.0 (Built 4)

Overview

EZSupport-NY 3.0 now features a totally new user interface with new color and font scheme for an improved visual experience. SupportNYLite has also been added so forms can be provided to clients to fill out and return. The data can then be imported into many fields of the software. SupportNYLite reflects the latest changes to the New York Statement of Net Worth.
