New York Divorce
Saves you time and Improves your efficiency.
New York Divorces usually requires over a dozen forms. Once the case is entered, the information is merged into the necessary forms automatically. Merged documents can be printed or saved as Word or WordPerfect Format.
NYUD will save time and improve your office efficiency by reducing preparation time. Information common to most UD forms may be entered directly into a tabbed client window. This Information is copied automatically to the UD form, creating a NYUD form file containing protected text that may be stored on disk for later retrieval and/or printed in full.
KEY PROGRAM FEATURES

- Automatic Document Printing: All necessary information previously entered in the Client File is placed in the document automatically, via a built in Word Processor. This feature alone will save enough of your staff?s time to cover the cost of the program with the first use.
- Client File Information: (caption, plaintiff, defendant, children, child support, etc.) may be entered into a self explanatory tabbed window.
- Child Support Worksheet: (UD-8) All required calculations are done automatically and transferred to the form.
- Windows Help File: Contains complete hyper-linked New York Uncontested Divorce Instructions including instructions for starting the action, filing the action with the court and placing the case on the courts calendar.
- Choice of Formats: For saving finished Documents: Completed document may be printed immediately for a "boilerplate" effect or saved as a NYUD Document containing protected text or as a word, RTF or Text containing totally accessible text that can be totally edited to your liking.
- Add New Forms: Additional New Forms may be created from existing word processing documents or by altering the included documents using the built -in word processor. User may choose the folder (Step1-8) for including new documents or folders.
